Liz Sexton | Principal & Owner

Liz Sexton founded By Purpose Creative after more than two decades as an event producer specializing in high-profile audiences, fundraising strategy and program development. Prior to consulting, she spent 12 years working on development teams for nonprofit organizations such as Washington National Opera, Smithsonian Associates and College Success Foundation.

Liz partners with organizations to create purposeful experiences that strengthen relationships, advance mission-driven goals, and inspire meaningful action.

Liz is a proud member of the Greater Seattle Chapter of the National Association for Catering & Events and currently serves as Secretary of the Board. She holds a master’s degree in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University.
